Encouragement
There are many challenges associated with grief from loss (any loss) that interrupt our lives. During these challenging times, encouragement from a grief counselor can be beneficial.
Process
Grief is a process, that no two people experience the same. As a compassionate grief practitioner I have the ability to listen with compassion; and potentially guide individuals using effective principles, procedures and coping strategies suitable for your unique situation.
Empathy
The pain from my own experience from loss and grief has allowed me to become empathetic about helping others understand their emotions, adapt to their loss, and learn to live their new normal.

Services
Workshops – Our workshops provide grief education for survivors of loss, and those in the support role. There are many types of grief that are uncommon to most. Workshops guide those grieving and provide knowledge and vocabulary to better understand the triggers, and emotions associated with the grief journey. Call for pricing.
Speaking Engagements: Book me for an informational session for your organization (churches, schools, and corporations). Through encouragement and grief education, dispel myths associated with grief. Call for pricing.
Group Support – Monthly virtual (national) or in-person (local) small cell groups on a monthly basis. While providing a safe space for those grieving to share emotions and thoughts. Those grieving will experience emotional support and compassionate community while moving through their grief process. No cost for this service.
Individual session – Provide compassionate emotionalsupport to those grieving, as they move through this delicate process. Services available via telephone, virtual or in person. Call for pricing.
In-person services for local Colorado residents
Services available for children –introduce children to the concept of grief, and the emotions, thoughts and experience associated with the grief process. Call for pricing.
Grief Retreat – GOGH will plan, implement and host your event, tailored to your organization or group needs. GOGH currently facilitates bi-annual grief retreats providing grief education. Experts in their specific areas provide valuable information and strategies. Pricing available.
